Save the date: techUK's Building the Smarter State Conference will be hosted on 6 September at Etc. Venues County Hall, London
Leaders from both the Public Sector and tech industry will meet to discuss and debate the ‘art of the possible’ with regard to public sector transformation through the use of technology
Entering its fourth year 'Building the Smarter State' (formerly techUK PS2030) is techUK’s flagship Public Services Conference.
For the last three years it has successfully attracted digital leaders from across the public and private sector to showcase how technology is shaping the public services of today and tomorrow.
The day-long event features keynote speeches from Government, Civil Service and tech industry leaders at the forefront of digital transformation. The event includes workshops where practical advice and information about accessing the public sector market will be presented, and an innovation den and joint Industry-public sector hackathon to identify new ideas and technologies that have the potential to transform public service delivery.
Following the success of last year’s event, which brought together over 250 delegates from Permanent Secretaries and CDIOs to CEOs and VPs - this year’s conference at the iconic County Hall on the bank of the River Thames will be bigger, more diverse and more exciting than ever:
- Dedicated zones will focus on Central Government, Local Government, Healthcare and Emergency Services
- Hands-on demonstrations from innovative exhibitors
'Building the Smarter State' will help public servants and businesses alike respond to the emerging trends in public sector technology. Whether you are public or private sector, an SME or an established supplier, this year's event is designed to be the best yet.
