Skye MacLeod

Skye is responsible for driving the strategic delivery of the UK Spectrum Policy Forum, and the Communications Infrastructure Council within the Communications Infrastructure programme. 

Skye has responded to the House of Lords Select Committee on Communications’ inquiry on Children and the Internet, the EU Digital Content Directive, and Telecoms Framework Review. Current areas of work include 5G, local connectivity, and spectrum resilience.

Skye previously worked in the Cyber Security Project at Chatham House, and project managed the delivery of a Scotland-wide film about military deployment and service children, working with the MOD, Scottish Government and other stakeholders.

She holds an MScEcon in Strategic Studies and a BScEcon in International Relations from Aberystwyth University.
