India Lucas

India is a Policy Manager for Skills, Talent and Diversity at techUK. She leads techUK’s digital skills initiatives, this covers a variety of topics from future of work, the impact of automation on jobs, apprenticeships, reskilling and lifelong learning. As well as covering immigration and diversity initiatives - including techUK’s Women in Tech Work and the Returners Hub.

Prior to techUK, India worked for political risk consultancy Global Counsel where she advised clients on TMT issues, including the future of work, across the UK and EU.

India has a BA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of Nottingham.
