Jessica Russell

Jessica joined techUK in 2017 as the Programme Manager for the Transport and Smart Cities streams under techUK’s SmarterUK initiative.

Prior to techUK, Jessica worked primarily in cybersecurity, counterterrorism and public security related roles with the United Nations in Italy, and management consulting firms and law enforcement agencies in Australia.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of International and Global Studies (BIGS) from the University of Sydney and a Master of Policing, Intelligence and Counterterrorism (MPICT) from Macquarie University. She has also been a member of Australian state and national representative teams in elite and international sailing competitions.
