Gary Shuckford

Gary Shuckford is the director of strategic research for EMIS Group plc, a healthcare systems provider both in the UK and worldwide. In this role he is responsible for leading group-wide market analysis to support business growth strategy. Gary has been instrumental in the growth of the EMIS healthcare business for nearly 25 years working in a number of positions across the Company. This has been driven by a passion to develop clinical management systems and information to improve patient care.

Gary's experience includes working with a wide range of national and local government organisations including NHS and Defence to deliver national and local healthcare initiatives. Previously Gary held the position of EMIS Group Operations Director leading business development and implementation.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Psychology and Psychopharmacology. He lives in Yorkshire and is married with three children.
