Sheelagh is a Data Analyst and CRM Administrator at techUK whose role is to help colleagues support members.
Sheelagh’s background as an Analyst Programmer gives her an overview of the issues in the software development industry. This experience was gained in a financial software house owned by Credit Suisse and also in the telecommunications sector; here she was a member of a Strategy and Architecture team responsible for the evaluation of tools and development strategies for the Billing team.
Most recently, Sheelagh worked as the IT Helpdesk Administrator for Haberdashers’ Aske’s Federation, co-ordinating support across their Academies.
Sheelagh has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Bradford.
