Jason has been the Regional Vice President, Northern Europe, for Veritas for the past 16 months since the private equity purchase by Carlyle Group. His role is to transform the Veritas business and position it for success in Veritas’ largest EMEA marketplace. His extensive customer network, passion for focusing on creating customer business value and partner profitability positions him well to spearhead the Veritas strategy. He has direct responsibility for all aspects of the Veritas market strategy in the region encompassing Sales, Channel, Technical Sales and Marketing across the UK, Ireland and the Nordic countries. He represents the Veritas business and the evolution of the Veritas brand from data protection through to delivering multi-cloud data management creating greater Information Value and Information Compliance against regulatory requirements in the Northern European theatre. Under his leadership, the region has significantly outperformed the market and delivered outstanding mature market productivity
He has over 20 years of successful business leadership within the Information Technology sector across EMEA. Most recently, he served as the UK&I Regional Director at Citrix Systems. In this role, Jason successfully transformed the Citrix business as it evolved its market strategies to address the challenges of digital transformation. His business significantly outperformed the market growth metrics.
Prior to Citrix Systems, Jason ran Virtual Instruments as their Vice President, EMEA. In this role, he developed the EMEA business, revamping the overall business go-to-market strategy for the region to have a greater focus on high value solution selling with strong alignment to innovative marketing campaigns around infrastructure transformation.
Jason has previously held senior leadership positions at IBM Tivoli in multiple roles, regions and sectors across two stints, most recently as Head of Tivoli, UKI&SA. Prior to that he was Regional Director, Northern Europe, for Micromuse and Vice President, EMEA & LATAM, for Mformation Technologies.
